Join "Mr. Ghana" Martin Addo for twice weekly (2x per week) private fitness coaching. Transform your mind, body and spirit with weekly 30 min. fitness coaching sessions that will help build your motivation and your muscles as you gain more strength, flexibility and balance. Each membership includes a wellness strategy session and weekly check-ins via phone or video (depending on client). That's 8 fitness sessions each month @ $497 per month. We recommend 3 months for wellness transformation.

Couples Training | Online & In-Person

Couples who train together stay together! Train regularly with your significant other as you bond in Body, Mind, and Spirit.

Buddy Training | Online & In-Person

You and a buddy (friends, family, couples, etc.) train together and cheer each other on as you reach your fitness goals. Bond together in fitness and relationship. All levels welcome - we will customize your workout to meet your health goals. Traveling? Can’t make it to the gym? We hold buddy training both onsite at our private gym in Manhattan, and online using Zoom and equipment you have at home.
