Achieve strength, balance and flexibility with this daily total body low-impact workout that focuses on stretching and strengthening the legs, arms, back and especially the core muscles; to improve posture, flexibility, and visible muscle tone. Warmup includes a rejuvenating facial exercise regimen to visibly tighten and tone facial muscles and a relaxing, stress relieving cool-down breathing exercise for spiritual rejuvenation and balance.
