Diabetes Prevention Program

Southbridge Fitness Center's Prevent Type 2 program is a diabetes prevention program that is a CDC-recognized lifestyle change program designed to help people who are pre-diabetic cut their risk for developing type 2 diabetes in half. What makes this program special is Master Coach, wellness author, and Director of the program, Monifa Maat who facilitates the "lifestyle" aspect of the program, and Martin Addo, former Mr. Ghana body-building champion and fitness coach who coaches and guides participants to increase their physical activity levels! It's a fun, informative, and inspirational workshop guaranteed to transform the body, mind and spirit for a lifetime. (Program length: 1 Year - 22 sessions)
